Last Week's Ferris State Live Show Welcomed Clancy, Scheible and Troost To Discuss Breast Cancer Awareness

Last week's episode of "Ferris State Live" focused on the work being done in the community as part of Paint Big Rapids Pink. FSL also hosted a segment on student involvement to bring awareness to breast cancer. Plus, "Ferris State Live" brought viewers up to date with news and sports.

Lynne Scheible, coordinator of Paint Big Rapids Pink, and Andrea Clancy, a student-athlete who is a member of the Ferris women's basketball team, discussed breast cancer awareness and efforts that are taking place in the community with co-host Leah Nixon.

FSL also welcomed student Elizabeth Troost, president of the Striders Running Club, to talk about how she and others on campus and beyond were running for a cure with Leah and co-host Jason DaDay.

We also had plenty of news and sports from campus from Jason and co-host Sandy Gholston.

Be sure to check out this week's episode of "Ferris State Live" with guests Carrie Weis, director of the Rankin Student Center Art Gallery at Ferris and Piram Prakasam, director of the Office of International Education. Due to the baseball playoffs, we're asking people to check at the usual time Thursday at 10:30 p.m. for the possibility of the game being rained out. If the game proceeds, the show will air during a special Friday night time slot at 10:30 p.m.
